Customer satisfaction is important to Englishman Bay Handmade. If the item you purchased is not as anticipated, the customer can send it back for a refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if any item isn’t returned in original condition. Email me at hello@englishmanbay.com and we can review your concerns.
